2009 Committee Nominations Closed

With the closing of the nominations to the 2009 Committee the following will occur:

  • President: Kevin Watson - elected unopposed

  • Vice President: Terry O'Callaghan - elected unopposed

  • Secretary: Eric Rigg - elected unopposed

  • Treasurer: Stavros Polyhronidis - elected unopposed

  • Grade 3: Representative Peter Svendsen - elected unopposed

  • Grade 4: Representative

    • Nominees  Judy Hill,  Paul Meade,  Michelle Whitaker (Withdrawn). Voting will be held at the 2009 AGM.

Members interested in other positions in the club should contact the Secretary. These include:

  • Chief Flagmarshal
  • Training Officer
  • CAMS Representative
  • Equipment Officer
  • Merchandising Officer
  • Promotions Manager
  • Magazine Editor
  • Webmaster
  • Training Committee
  • Induction Officers
Financial Status.

Remember that membership dues are payable as of the 1st January 2009. Members must be financial to vote at the AGM. Check your financial Status here. (Invoices for unpaid members will be included in the January magazine)

Silver Module Course (Course now full. No more positions available. Another course is planned. Date TBA.)
Saturday 31st January 2009. Sue Jochheim will present the course, which will be held in the CAMS Victorian Meeting/Training Room and will begin at 8:30am. Please put this date in your calendar and advise me of whether you are able to attend.  More details will follow closer to the date, and if you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact me on the details below.

Call for photographs

Do you have photographs depicting VFT members working trackside? We are looking for professional quality photos which are newsworthy. If you have some that you are happy for us to use in the print media please email them to the webmaster.

Singapore - Where the VFT will be well represented
